The Story

​My name is Jonathan Mondoro, the owner and operator of Paradise Landscapes. I started mowing grass six years ago, when I was fourteen years old, and something very unexpected happened, I completely fell in love with it. I fell in love with the work, and the incredible beauty of the results. There is something so peaceful and uplifting about seeing a clean driveway, trimmed bushes, beautiful flower beds, and a crisp edge on a mowed lawn. I love having the opportunity to make and keep nature beautiful. What I love most about the work I do is seeing the beauty of the transformation immediately after the job is done. It's a feeling that I hope will never get old!

​I moved to Harrisonburg this past January, and it was the first year in six years that I was not running my lawn and landscaping business. I did not anticipate how much I would miss it. So, after thinking it over, I decided I wanted to start over in Harrisonburg. I want to serve the Harrisonburg area,  to maintain and restore the beauty of the homes in the Shenandoah Valley.
